On November 27 2025 a grant matchmaking meeting organised by AIM is taking place at CWI in Amsterdam.
The aim of the event is to provide participants with information about funding opportunities, offer a space to pitch research ideas and receive feedback from the community to strengthen them, and learn from others’ experiences on how to successfully write a research proposal.

Pitches and plenary feedback

Got a research idea but not sure if it’s ready yet? Use the registration form to sign up for a pitch! This session gives researchers the chance to present their ideas and sharpen them with valuable input from the community. It’s all about exchanging feedback, sparking inspiration, and helping each other move from idea to impact.
